Secure transportation for goods whose attractiveness or value make reliable protection indispensable: from works of art, luxury goods, tobacoo products, electronics and IT and prototypes to fire arms and firearms weapon parts*, this service gets goods that are at risk of theft to their destination quickly and smoothly. 



* Goods, articles and substances that are subject to war weapons control rules (example KrWaffKontrG, former KWKG) are forbidden for transportation by Lufthansa Cargo on any Lufthansa Group passenger or cargo aircraft and will not be accepted.

ARTcube at the hub Frankfurt  -Exclusive storage of Fine Arts shipments 

  • 155 square meters safe and professional storage for high-value Fine Arts of all kinds
  • Highest security features, combined with optimal handling processes and dedicated Fine Arts handling staff, separate access control via card reading system

  • Modern technical equipment, in which a ventilation system with heating and cooling functions enables targeted temperature control, via VRV clime control

  • Vertical window strips on the facade allow natural lighting, which is optimized by a supporting lighting system with motion detector and dimming. Construction of the façade with thermal insulation composite system.

  • Access to the special warehouse is controlled and monitored by sensitive security technology, 100% CCTV and Security surveillance 24/7 and Fire Alarm System

  • Provided it is correctly declared, packing dry ice is generally permissible in Vulnerables shipments.
  • However, re-icing of Vulnerables shipments cannot be provided, not even in the event of irregularities or if a temperature (range) had been stated on an AWB for a Vulnerables shipment.
