For your Fine Arts cargo, we offer the Personal Supervision of the shipment by the artworks freight forwarding agent representative and courier, at agreed time during the ground handling of the cargo in FRA.

Only available for Fine Arts shipments handled in export, import or transit processes in FRA

Accompanied access to certain areas of the production enviroment of the ground handling processes, based on local availability and applicable regulations

The supervisor is allowed to monitor the shipment handling without interfering the standard operational procedures
Preconditions for Booking
- Booking placement latest 24h before LAT*
- Confirmed, prepaid 020-AWBs
- FRA in the routing of the AWB
* valid for Add-on Service bookings only
