Things to try if you have issues with your login.

If you have issues loging in to the portal or if the automatic login via "Remember Me" is not working anymore, here is a list of things you can try:
- Empty your browser's cache
- Delete your browser's cookies
- Try logging in again
- Use the “Forgot password” function to request a new password
Please be aware that if your account is locked due to too many failed login attempts, also a newly requested password will only work after the lockout time of 1 hour.
