What is changing:

Starting 13 May 2025 new tolerances for booking updates will be launched. This initiative represents a significant stride towards harmonizing, simplifying, and enhancing the transparency of your booking processes with us. 

Key Changes

  • Referenced tolerances
    All tolerances will now be referenced to your initial booking. With this we are able to guarantee a stable rate for your booking updates if you stay within the following parameters. 

  • Upper limit
    You get a higher tolerance for shipment increases (if the corresponding capacity is available). The new upper tolerance limit is 10% based on Chargeable Weight (CWT). The Weight Break Point Logic which is valid for SRA and SRS etc. will remain unchanged. 

  • Lower Limit
    If the chargeable weight of an updated booking falls below the defined lower threshold of -25%, a fixed minimum price will apply. This price corresponds to 75% of the originally agreed amount (for spot quotes)

Booking updates made within the above-mentioned limits will not affect the agreed rate.
