Our fleet – overview.
Twelve MD-11F three-engine wide-body long-haul aircraft currently make up the heart of the Lufthansa Cargo fleet. The first two B777F went into operation in November 2013. Since February 2015, we have added a total of five Boeing 777Fs to our fleet. In order to ensure that our utilization of aircraft capacities remains flexible, we also use passenger aircraft for freight transport. And our road feeder service (RFS) ensures onward transportation of your freight on the ground - worldwide.
Reinforcing our fleet with the B777F.
The 777F sets new standards in terms of performance and fuel consumption. It is not only the largest twin-engine freighter in the world, but also one of the most efficient and environmentally friendly. Not only is it capable of flying long-haul routes without stopovers, it also meets the strictest noise protection standards in international civil aviation. With the Boeing 777F as a new addition to our fleet, we will be able to continue to develop our route network.
No matter what goods you wish to transport - we have the best possible freighter at the ready.
