An Enhanced ACAS Security Filing (ACAS SF) provides additional data that better identifies the parties involved in the air cargo supply chain prior to cargo being loaded on board a U.S. bound aircraft.
As of 22. October 2024 , please ensure that following mandatory data are transmitted in the FWB (XFWB) message or FHL (XFZB) prior to cargo acceptance:
- Shipper Email
- Shipper Phone Number

- Consignee Phone Number
- Customer Account Holder

Please note that further data elements will be required in the near future. We will communicate the data elements and the date in due time.
The messaging guide on how to transmit the new mandatory data elements for ACAS filing can be found here.
