Your shipment details at hand

Has your shipment been delivered at the departure airport or is it already at its destination?
With the Lufthansa Cargo App, you can conveniently look up the current status of your shipment - anytime and anywhere. You can access relevant shipment information along with the history. You can even check the status of special shipments (e.g. valuable cargo) after entering your login.
As a logged-in user, you will also receive a list of your active shipments, including their current status. And last but not least, you can also get automatic notifications via individually configurable push notifications.
In this way, the Lufthansa Cargo App helps you to stay up to date with your shipments at all times.

You can download the Lufthansa Cargo App in the following stores:
The app is working on smartphones running the following operating systems:
  • Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and above
  • iOS 12.4 or newer
The following permissions are needed:
  • Network access in order to retrieve your tracking information and send out emails
  • Gallery access in order to upload pictures within Feedback functionality
  • GPS-location in order to get information about closest airports
  • Notification permission in order to receive pop-up notifications
You can login with your usual lufthansa-cargo.com login data or if you are not a user yet, “Get your user login here”.
Under “Last events of your favorite shipments” you can find the most recent status updates (BKD to DLV) of shipments that you have marked as “My favorite”.
There are 3 categories that you can filter:
  • My shipments: these are all AWBs that are assigned to your Lufthansa Cargo account (CDB-number)
  • My favorites: these are all AWBs that you have marked as “Favorite” via the star. You can also mark AWBs as "Favorite" that are not assigned to your Lufthansa Cargo account (CDB-number)
  • All: these are all AWBs that are assigned to your Lufthansa Cargo account (CDB-number) and those that you have marked as "Favorite"
You can (de-) select push notifications per AWB by clicking on the bell icon. You can then choose which status to be pushed and save the AWB individual settings by clicking on “Save”.
General tracking status enquiries are also available without login. Please login with your Lufthansa Cargo user login if you would like to see information for a secured AWB, e.g. valuable cargo.
All your shipments will be displayed for 30 days.
The feedback section is intended to give general feedback and will be taken up by our feedback team. For the time being the App does not offer a direct option to contact Lufthansa Cargo regarding an irregularity during transport. However, this feature will be available soon. Until then, kindly use the “Irregularities during Transport” form on the website.
