2) Tealium: Tealium IQ is a tag-management-system of Tealium, 11095 Torreyana Road, San Diego, CA 92121, USA, which is used to manage and deliver tags and third-party integrations on the Website.
The system may process technical information such as the timestamp of the Website visit, page view identifiers, visitor identifiers and session identifiers. In this case, the following information is stored in the Tealium Cookie: Timestamp of the Website visit, ID for the page view, ID for the visitor, ID for the session.

5) Chatbot: When you use our chatbot, our web server automatically stores the domain name or IP address of the requesting computer system (usually of your internet access provider), including the date, time and the address visited in log files.

To provide the chat function, the webchat widget integrated into the Website uses the local storage and session storage of the browser used. The local storage and session storage may be used to locally store data for the Website. The stored data can only be accessed from the same Website during a browser session.
On our Website the data stored is used exclusively to provide, maintain and secure the chat function requested by you, where such storage is technically necessary. It is not used for cross-site tracking according to the current implementation described herein. Other websites cannot access this storage.

2. FeedbackAI: Is a tool of Lufthansa Group Digital Hangar GmbH, De-Saint-Exupéry-Straße 8, 60549 Frankfurt am Main, Germany ("FeedbackAI"). We use these internal feedback services to evaluate user feedback to improve our Website and App.
When a user clicks on the feedback button or completes an online survey, information is stored in the browser storage on the user's device. The user's browser establishes a direct connection to FeedbackAI's server and transmits device and/or booking-related information together with feedback that has already been anonymized, so that we can improve the usability of our products and services.
