Notifications

We are excited to introduce our new proactive customer notification system, designed to keep you informed whenever there is a change to your transport plan, whether before or after the GAC stage, you’ll get timely, clear updates straight to your inbox.

Expect easy-to-understand information regarding updated bookings, routing changes, and the reasons behind any replanning. Notifications will be sent via email to the addresses configured in your user settings (up to 2 email addresses). Additionally, if you make manual bookings, you can specify up to five email addresses to receive these notifications.

The new Add-on Service smartULD offers access to real-time data and can be booked with Active Temp Control for selected container types. For the confirmed Add-on Service and after acceptance of the container at the export station the data can be seen.

From June 16th, AZ flights from GRU, GIG and EZE will be bookable under 020 AWB's. Booking period starting on June 2nd.
