Accompany your Fine Arts shipment

For your Fine Arts cargo, we offer the Personal Supervision of the shipment by the artworks freight forwarding agent representative and courier, at agreed time during the ground handling of the cargo in FRA and MUC.

Monitor your shipment

  • Only available for Fine Arts shipments handled in export, import or transit processes in FRA and MUC.
  • Accompanied access to certain areas of the production environment of the ground handling processes, based on local availability and applicable regulations.
  • The supervisor is allowed to monitor the shipment handling without interfering the standard operational procedures.

Preconditions for Booking

  • Booking placement latest 24h before LAT*
  • Prepaid 020-AWBs
  • FRA and/or MUC in the routing of the AWB

* valid for bookings with Add-on Service only
