Our Global Partner CEVA Logistics has crowned Lufthansa Cargo as winner of the Air Category at its inaugural Supplier Awards which took place mid july. The event is designed to recognize Impeccable Execution, commitment and strategic alignment among CEVA’s supplier base.

CEVA’s CEO John Pattullo said: “As a service organization ourselves, we understand how suppliers can contribute to a company’s success and often support effective change. We pride ourselves on delivering impeccably to our customers and I am delighted to be able to recognize suppliers, such as Lufthansa Cargo, who provide the same high service levels to CEVA.”

Lufthansa Cargo was chosen for their true partnership approach to doing business, their endless focus on innovation and development of new transport solutions, their ability to create value and put service into practice.

Entries from a wide variety of different suppliers were received across seven categories, with each winner being eligible for the prestigious Supplier of the Year award. Companies were judged on their performance during 2010, demonstration of clear business values and corporate culture, employing global best practice within their operations, the successful execution of major projects in support of CEVA’s business, and sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
