The Human Resources division combines company development with the development of employees. From personnel sourcing to individual guidance and development, and in-house company training; our goal is competent and content employees. Additionally, we offer a variety of training and study programmes, as well as career opportunities within our company.

Social responsibility plays a key role within the company. The Human Resources division initiates and conducts change processes within Lufthansa Cargo and, together with internal and external partners, creates structures to ensure job security for the future.
