Lufthansa Cargo Charter will create a solution that is a perfect fit, in cases where standard products don’t match your needs. Departure airport and destination, date and time, and type of aircraft are all oriented towards one thing only – your needs.

And naturally, in addition to straight charter flights we can also offer combined scheduled and charter flights on a single air waybill.

Full charter – aircraft reserved exclusively for you.  

With a full charter, the entire aircraft is reserved for your transportation needs. Whether the shipment is small and urgent, large and heavy, security- or time-critical, needs to get to a remote destination or is simply ultra-secret, we will organize the perfect solution. You determine the when and the where.Split charter – cost-efficiency at your service. Not every shipment requires an entire plane. For these cases, we offer the option of split charter, in which you share a plane with other customers. This reduces your flexibility to a certain extent, but also reduces your costs. We coordinate the individual requirements and give you as much room tomaneuver as possible.

Charter program – long-term planning just the way you need it.

Do you know weeks or months in advance that you will need multiple charter flights? Ask about our Charter program. You can reserve a “package” of identical or similar flights for a fixed period. In return, we will reserve an especially good price for you.

Charter combinations without limit.

Does your shipment not need an entire aircraft? Are scheduled flights available for part of the way? No problem. We will combine charter and scheduled service for you. For example, a shipment may take Lufthansa Cargo scheduled service from New York to Dubai via Frankfurt, and then go by charter from Dubai to Kabul, or fly from Tel Aviv to Zürich with Swiss WorldCargo and from there to Tirana by charter. The possibilities are almost limitless. You benefit from a cost-efficient solution that also saves time and work at the transit station. One single air waybill, one invoice, and one contract.

Another example is backload. When we arrange an individual charter flight to a specific destination, the aircraft often returns empty. We then do all we can to acquire a load for the return flight. If the combination works, we pass the cost benefits on to you.
