Shipment monitoring – no better way

No easier way: Using TrackIT, you keep track of your shipments, any time – all the time. We offer you the following tracking options:

General TrackIT: Simply enter your air waybill number on the Lufthansa Cargo homepage to obtain standard information on your shipments. Click here

Personalized TrackIT: This option on our eServices portal provides additional information to registered customers, which facilitates their subsequent planning. Customers just log in with their password on the portal, and they are on track of their freight. Log-in

The Guided Tour takes you step by step through the personalized tracking mode.

eMail TrackIT: You can also email us one or several air waybill numbers to keep up with your cargo in transit, easily and conveniently. Simply mail your requests with one or more numbers to lhcargo@traxon.com, (e.g. 020-12345678; 02012345678; 12345678). For each AWB number, you will immediately be notified per email about the actual shipment status.

Please note for Safe/td 1 and Safe/td 2 shipments:
For security reasons, only personalized TrackIT is available on the eServices portal for Safe/td 1 and Safe/td 2 shipments. For more details, please contact your local Lufthansa Cargo office.

Register as usual with your sign-in on the eServices portal and select the TrackIt icon.
