Lufthansa Cargo eServices - ePreliminaryClaims

Preliminary or expected claims can also be submitted electronically on our eServices Internet portal. With our eClaims function, we offer you a fast and convenient way of lodging preliminary claims (notification of irregularities within the prescribed deadline). For monetary Claims please use the separate icon Liability Claims.

Your customer data is available once you log in. You fill in the details of your claim and you have the possibility to attach documents. Should you need guidance through the procedure, we take care of that as well – online (Guideline eServices-eClaims - pdf).

No additional documents are required for a notification of a preliminary claim. You will receive confirmation immediately after its submission. Your preliminary claim will be registered promptly.
