Lufthansa Cargo eServices - eClaims

Liability Claims (requests for compensation) can also be submitted electronically on our eServices Internet portal. With our eClaims function, we offer you a fast and convenient way of lodging monetary claims. For preliminary claims please use the separate Button Preliminary Claims.

Your customer data is available once you log in. You fill in the details of your claim and attach the necessary documents. Should you need guidance through the procedure, we take care of that as well –online (Guideline eServices-eClaims - pdf).

You will receive confirmation of your claim immediately after its submission and your electronically submitted claim will be processed by our Customer Relations team with priority.
