New guidelines for shipments to the United States of America

Recently, the United States Transportation Security Administration has developed new guidelines for shipments that are bound for the United States. Effective November 15th, 2010, 5 p.m. GMT, all shipments bound for the United States, regardless whether the shipment is flown on passenger or freighter aircraft, must meet certain conditions.

Each master air waybill must be accompanied by a security acceptance statement, when applicable, in addition to any other statements or measures already in effect.  The respective form of the security acceptance statement was sent to our customers via email.
