There is no easier way: With TrackIT, you can keep track of your shipments, anytime and anywhere.
We offer you three different tracking options: General TrackIT, Personalized TrackIT and eMail TrackIT.

Sign in to the eServices portal with your usual login details and select the TrackIT icon.

General TrackIT.

Simply enter your air waybill number on the Lufthansa Cargo homepage to obtain standard information on your shipments. To the tracking tool.

Personalized TrackIT.

Personalized TrackIT is an additional option on our eServices portal that enables customers who have registered for eServices to track valuable shipments. All they need to do is sign in with their password and they can then track their shipments. Login

eMail TrackIT.

You can also email us one or several air waybill numbers to keep up with your cargo in transit, quickly and conveniently. All you need to do is send the relevant AWB number(s) to, (e.g. 020-12345678; 02012345678; 12345678). You will immediately receive email notification of the current status of your shipment for each AWB number.

Important information for Safe/td 1 and Safe/td 2 shipments: 

For security reasons, you are only able to use personalized TrackIT when processing Safe/td 1 and Safe/td 2 shipments on the eServices portal. For more details, please contact your local Lufthansa Cargo office.
